You will work on real regulated engagements early — utilities, banks, ministries — because that is what the firm does and there is no bench to sit on.
Certifications are supported and paid for. The SOC runs a proper rota rather than an informal on-call, and the incident desk is staffed rather than volunteered.
The firm is part of the INT ecosystem, which means internal movement into engineering and product roles is a genuine option rather than a line in a handbook.
